Ambassador of Belarus to Tajikistan O.Ivanov meets Ambassador of Afghanistan to Tajikistan Mohammad Zahir Aghbar

On June 11, 2020 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Tajikistan and to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (non-resident) Oleg Ivanov met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to the Republic of Tajikistan Muhammad Zahir Agbar.

During the meeting the parties discussed the development of trade and economic cooperation between Belarus and Afghanistan, organization of the next session of the Joint Belarus-Afghanistan Committee on Trade and Economic Cooperation, cooperation between businesses of the two countries. The parties paid special attention to the interaction in the WTO, and particularly, to Belarus' accession to the World Trade Organization.
