Visa-free entry to the Republic of Belarus

Citizens of the following countries can arrive in the Republic of Belarus without a visa using their national passports*:
Albania,
Argentina (up to 90 days),
Armenia,
Azerbaijan,
People's Republic of China (up to 30 days, but no more than 90 days in a calendar year)
Hong Kong — Special administrative region of the People's Republic of China — up to 30 days per trip,
Macao — special administrative region of the People's Republic of China — up to 30 days (but no more than 90 days in a calendar year),
Cuba (up to 30 days),
Ecuador (up to 30 days),
Georgia,
Israel (up to 90 days in each 180-day period),
Kazakhstan,
Qatar (up to 30 days),
Kyrgyzstan,
Macedonia (if there is a private invitation/ cable or invitation from a health institution for treatment, a request from a travel company, as well as for visiting graves),
Moldova,
Mongolia (up to 90 days),
Montenegro (up to 30 days),
United Arab Emirates (up to 30 days)
Russia,
Saint Kitts and Nevis,
Serbia (up to 30 days),
Tajikistan,
Turkey (up to 30 days),
United Arab Emirates (up to 30 days),
Uzbekistan,
Ukraine,
Venezuela (up to 90 days)

* Pay attention to the fact that the passport validity period exceeds the date of intended departure from the territory of a foreign country by at least 6 months, and it contains at least two blank pages intended for visas or other marks.

According to the Presidential Decree, effective from July 27, 2018, foreign citizens of 74 countries can enter Belarus for up to 30 days and exit from the territory of Belarus only through the State border checkpoint of the Republic of Belarus “Minsk National Airport”.

In accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated August 7, 2019 No. 300 “on establishing a visa – free entry and exit procedure for foreign citizens”, foreign citizens can visit a number of districts of the Western regions of Belarus without a visa, provided that they follow the routes that provide for visiting «Brest-Grodno» visa-free territory for people included into composition of organized tourist groups.
