KHUDOLEEV Alexander Fedorovich
Born on 10 December 1971 in Bobruisk, Republic of Belarus.
He holds higher education qualifications. In 1997, he graduated from the Higher Fire–Technical School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, specializing in Firefighting Equipment and Safety. In 2004, he graduated from the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy with a degree in Law. In 2015, he completed a retraining program at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus, specializing in State and Local Administration.

1997 – 1999 – Head of the Slavgorod Paramilitary Fire Station of the Mogilev Regional Department of the Paramilitary Fire Service, Main Department of the Paramilitary Fire Service, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus;
1999 – 2000 – Head of the Slavgorod Paramilitary Fire Station of the Mogilev Regional Department of the Paramilitary Fire Service, Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus;
2000 – 2001 – Head of the Slavgorod Firefighting and Rescue Station of the Mogilev Regional Department, Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus;
2001 – 2004 – Head of the Slavgorod District Department for Emergency Situations of the Mogilev Regional Department, Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus;
