Ambassador of Belarus to Tajikistan O.Ivanov participates in the International Agricultural Online Forum and in the opening of the first virtual exhibition Made in Belarus #AgroFood

On June 16, 2020 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Tajikistan Oleg Ivanov took part in the International Agricultural Online Forum and in the opening of the first virtual exhibition Made in Belarus #AgroFood.

During the forum, O.Ivanov addressed the topic “The situation in exports and imports in the context of the agricultural sector of Tajikistan in a situation of pandemic”.

The event was attended by speakers from Belarus, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan and Russia, who discussed the effects of the pandemic in different countries on the agro-industrial complex and the area of international trade of agricultural products, as well as exchanged useful experience and tried to predict future trends.

On June 16 — 19, 2020 invited business circles of Tajikistan will have an opportunity to get acquainted with virtual expositions and have negotiations with Belarusian companies.
