Embassy Participation in Dushanbe Tourism Week

On September 23-24, 2026, the Embassy of Belarus in Tajikistan, together with the National Tourism Agency, participated in the events of Dushanbe Tourism Week.

On September 23, a trilateral meeting was held between the heads of the National Tourism Agency of the Republic of Belarus, the Committee for Tourism Development under the Government of Tajikistan, and the Tourism Committee of Uzbekistan, with the participation of tour operators from the three countries. The parties discussed the issues of expanding direct business contacts and developing joint tourism products, including integrating tourist routes from Uzbekistan and Tajikistan into tourism packages featuring Belarus. Proposed formats for further cooperation also include reciprocal information tours and presentations, B2B meetings, and joint participation in international tourism exhibitions.

On September 24, 2026, the Embassy participated in the opening ceremony of the DITE2026 international tourism exhibition and the Forum “Integrating Cities in Developing Sustainable Tourism Opportunities.” On the sidelines of the event, with the aim of increasing tourism services trade, Ambassador A. Khudoleev held meetings with leaders of the regional tourism market, including the management of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tajikistan and Somon Air Airlines LLC.
